Services
Websites and systems for growing businesses.
We work with businesses across Scotland and the UK, end to end — from the first conversation about your business to a website or system that keeps improving after launch. Engage us for a single project or an ongoing partnership.
Websites
Premium websites for businesses that compete on trust.
A website designed to win enquiries, and the ongoing work that keeps it performing.
Websites & Lead Generation
A custom-built business website designed around how your customers actually search, compare and decide — a new site or a redesign of what you already have, with clear calls to action and a mobile experience that doesn’t lose visitors halfway through.
- A custom website designed around your customers, not a template
- Clear calls to action that turn visitors into enquiries
- Fast, reliable performance on mobile and desktop
- Brand and visual identity refinement, where needed
Growth & Optimisation
Most underperforming websites don’t need a rebuild, they need a diagnosis. We review performance, structure, messaging clarity and calls to action, then hand you a prioritised, plain-language list of fixes — starting with our Free Website Review.
- Performance and Core Web Vitals audit
- On-page SEO and technical health check
- Conversion path and messaging review
- Ongoing monitoring and care after launch
Systems
The tools that make it easier to do business with you.
Booking, quoting and customer-facing tools, plus the automation that connects them together.
Web Apps & Digital Systems
Beyond a website, many businesses need a way for customers or staff to actually do something online — request a quote, make a booking, check an order, or view their account. We design and build these tools around how your business actually runs, so they get used instead of ignored.
- Quotation and enquiry tools tailored to what you sell
- Booking and scheduling systems for appointments or services
- Customer portals and account dashboards
- Built to fit your existing way of working
Automation & Workflow
A lot of business time gets lost to manual, repetitive work — chasing leads, updating spreadsheets, copying information between tools. We connect your website, inbox and everyday software together, using AI where it genuinely helps, so information flows automatically and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Automatic routing and follow-up for new enquiries and leads
- Connecting your website to the tools you already use
- Simplified, more reliable customer and job tracking
- Fewer repetitive manual tasks for you and your team

Automation
A new enquiry is read, qualified and handed to the right person — automatically.
How engagements work
The same clear process, whatever the scope.
- 01
Discovery & Review
We start with your business, not a template — your customers, your competitors, and what your current site is (or isn’t) doing for you.
- 02
Design
Custom layouts built around your content and offer, refined with you in focused review rounds until every screen earns its place.
- 03
Build
A hand-built, production-grade site — fast, accessible, and structured for search from the first commit, not bolted on afterwards.
- 04
Launch & Grow
We ship, verify everything works in the real world, then keep improving the site against real performance and conversion data.

Worth asking anyone
Six questions, and our answers to them.
Ask these of anyone you’re considering, including us. The left column is what the answer commonly is — not always, and not everywhere, but often enough that the questions are worth asking before you sign something.
- Who actually does the work?
- CommonlySold by one person, built by another, sometimes offshore or by whoever is free that week.
- HereGeorge, from the first conversation to launch. Nothing is passed on.
- What does it cost?
- Commonly“Request a quote.” The number arrives after a call and a pitch.
- HereStarting points published on the site. Fixed in writing before work begins.
- Who owns the finished site?
- CommonlyOften unclear until you try to leave, and sometimes licensed rather than owned.
- HereYou do, outright, on final payment — design, code and content.
- Whose name is the domain in?
- CommonlyFrequently the agency’s, which makes them the legal owner of your address.
- HereYours. You can move it elsewhere without asking anyone.
- What happens if you want to leave?
- CommonlyRolling contracts, notice periods, and hosting that is awkward to exit.
- HereNo contract. Hosting and the care plan are optional, and always were.
- What is it built with?
- CommonlyA page builder and a stack of plugins, which is why so many agency sites are slow.
- HereHand-built. 0.3s to render, zero layout shift — measurable on this page.
Plenty of good studios answer the right-hand column too, and you’ll find them if you ask. The point isn’t that everyone else is bad — it’s that these are the six answers that decide what working together is actually like, and most people never think to ask for them. Ours are in writing.
Fit
Who this suits, and who it doesn’t.
Worth establishing early. A project that was never a good fit wastes more of your time than ours.
A good fit if
- Businesses where an enquiry has to be qualified before it can be priced — trades, removals, recovery, anything quoted rather than sold off a shelf.
- Owners who want one person accountable for the whole thing, and who would rather email the person building it than an account manager.
- Anyone who wants to own what they pay for outright, with the domain in their own name and no contract to exit.
- People who can give the project an honest few hours — content, photographs, decisions — because that is what turns a week into a week.
Probably not if
- Anyone who needs to edit their own content daily. Sites here are hand-built with no admin panel by default, so changes come through us. If that matters to you, say so at the start and it changes how the site is built.
- Anyone shopping purely on price. There are cheaper options and they are not lying about being cheaper — they are selling something different.
- Businesses that need a large team, a 24-hour helpdesk or a dedicated account manager. One person cannot be any of those things.
- Anyone who wants a guaranteed ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody can promise those, and an agency offering to is telling you something useful about itself.
Questions
The things people usually ask.
- How long does it take?
- A smaller website is usually about a week, measured from the point everything is ready — your text, photos and any brand assets in hand. Custom systems like booking or quoting tools take up to four weeks. In practice the honest variable is how quickly content comes back; that stretches timelines far more often than the build does.
- What do you need from me?
- Your content and a clear idea of what the site needs to do for the business. That usually means text, photographs, a logo if you have one, and an idea of who you are trying to reach. If you don't have all of it yet, say so early — it's a normal thing to work through, and it's better handled at the start than halfway through.
- How does payment work?
- Half up front to start the work, and the remaining half on the day the site goes live. Nothing in between, and no charges you haven't already seen on the quote. Ownership transfers with that final payment.
- Do I own the website?
- Yes — outright, on final payment. That covers the design, the code written for your project and your content. Your domain is registered in your name, so you control the address itself and can take it elsewhere whenever you like. The underlying open-source frameworks stay under their own licences, as they do for any website. The only thing kept back is the right to show the work here as a case study.
- Can I update the site myself?
- Sites here are hand-built rather than assembled in a page builder, so there is no admin panel by default — changes come through me. Small tweaks are covered by the care plan, and where you'll be updating something regularly, I build a proper interface for exactly that. If managing all your own content day to day matters to you, say so at the start: it's a reasonable thing to want, and it changes how the site should be built.
- What does hosting cost after the first year?
- The first year of hosting is included. After that it's £65 a year for hosting on its own, or £180 a year for a care plan — hosting plus small tweaks and ongoing updates as you need them. Your domain renews separately and stays registered in your name. There's no obligation to take either: you own the site and can host it wherever you want.
- What happens after launch?
- The site goes live, gets checked properly in the real world, and it's yours. From there it's your call — some people take the care plan and treat it as an ongoing relationship, others take the site and run it themselves. Both are fine, and neither leaves you locked in.
- Do you work with businesses outside Scotland?
- Yes. Most of the work is with businesses across Scotland and the UK, and it's all done remotely. Being in the same room has never been the thing that makes a project go well — clear conversation is.
- Do you outsource the work?
- No. Every project is handled directly by George, from the first conversation through to launch. There's no account manager in between and no work passed to a third party.
