Most hosting arrangements are designed to be awkward to leave. This one is designed to be easy to leave — which is precisely why there's no reason to.
£65 a year hosting · £180 a year care plan
The first year of hosting is included with every build. After that, £65 a year keeps the site hosted, or £180 a year adds small tweaks and updates as you need them. Your domain renews separately, in your name.
What’s actually included.
- 01Fast, managed hosting
- The same infrastructure the site was built and tested on — global delivery, SSL certificate included, and the platform kept up to date. Nothing to manage on your side.
- 02Your site's code, version-controlled
- Every version of the site is kept in source control, so nothing is ever lost and any change can be rolled back. This is standard practice in software and rare in small-business hosting.
- 03Small tweaks handled (care plan)
- New opening hours, a price change, a swapped photograph, an extra paragraph — sent in an email, handled by the person who built the site, without a project fee for every small thing.
- 04A straight answer when something's odd
- If something ever looks wrong, you email the person who built the site — not a ticket queue. Problems get diagnosed by someone who knows every line of the build.
What this isn't: a contract. Both plans are optional, cancel any time, and the site is yours outright either way — if you'd rather host it elsewhere or have someone else maintain it, you can, and nothing will be withheld to make that difficult. The care plan covers small tweaks, not redesigns or new features; those are quoted as the small projects they are.

- What counts as a small tweak?
- The kind of change you'd describe in a sentence or two: updated text, a new photo, changed opening hours, a price adjustment. If it needs design decisions or new functionality, it's a small project instead — and you'll be told which it is before anything is done.
- Can I move my site somewhere else later?
- Yes, at any time. You own the site and the domain is registered in your name. We'll hand over everything needed for another host or developer to take it on.
- What happens if I don't take either plan?
- Nothing dramatic — the site is yours and you arrange your own hosting. Most clients stay because £65 a year is less than the time it takes to think about it, but it's genuinely a choice.
