What the fifteen minutes are for
- You describe the business and what the site or system needs to do — a few sentences is plenty.
- George asks the two or three questions that decide the scope: how you get enquiries now, what changes often, what's worked and what hasn't.
- You get a straight first take: whether it's a website, a system, or both — and a rough sense of cost against the published starting points.
- If it sounds right, the written scope follows by email. If it doesn't, you've lost fifteen minutes and gained a clear answer.
