   George reads what you've sent — the actual person who'd build it — and replies with questions or a straight first take.

2. 02A scope in writing

   What we'd build, what it costs and how long it takes, agreed before anything starts. 50% to begin, 50% on completion.

3. 03Sign and go

   You tick and sign the agreement online, pay the deposit by card if you like, and the work begins.
