Roadsist Auto
Real operational pricing rules, turned into a simple customer-facing journey.
Roadsist Auto provides breakdown recovery, auction vehicle delivery, scrap collection and UK–EU vehicle export from Cleland, North Lanarkshire. The site is hand-built — no CMS — with a live pricing calculator at its centre.
The challenge
Recovery pricing depends on real variables — distance, time of day, vehicle type, complications at the roadside. A generic “request a quote” form doesn’t reflect any of that. The site needed to make the actual pricing logic visible and usable by a customer, not hidden behind a phone call.
What we built
A hand-built marketing site
Static HTML/CSS/JS — no CMS, no framework overhead — covering breakdown recovery, auction delivery, scrap collection and export, in English and Bulgarian.
A live pricing engine
A calculator on the quote page turns real business rules — base price, distance, time-of-day surcharges, add-on fees — into an instant estimate, with payment (full or deposit) prepared for Stripe.

Homepage → Get a Quote → enter journey details → a live estimate builds from the stated pricing rules → pay deposit/full once activated, or request a manual booking
Vehicle export
Car Exports → cascading brand → model → year → engine form, plus route and date → the team follows up with a transport quote

Payment is built for Stripe — the page itself discloses that activation is still pending, which we’re keeping visible here rather than implying it’s live.

Technical approach
- Hand-built static site — no CMS or JS framework detected; deliberately lightweight.
- Pricing is calculated from stated rules directly on the page — distance, time-of-day and add-on logic.
- Payment UI is built for Stripe; the site’s own copy states activation is pending backend keys — nothing here implies live payments.
